Indigo's level 1 service provides a robust assessment/development centre in half a day. Candidates take part in a variety of exercises including a structured interview, a realistic in-tray exercise and an interactive group exercise. This is combined with a range of psychometrics completed online prior to the event. Following the event your Indigo consultant will prepare an intuitive feedback report on each of the candidates. We will then set up a meeting to talk you through the results and discuss recommendations.
Indigo's level 2 assessment provides a highly robust full day assessment centre. Candidates complete an online suite of psychometrics in advance of attending the assessment event. The assessment day combines a range of realistic simulation exercises chosen from a catalogue of In-trays, group exercises, presentations or analysis exercises. Candidates also take part in a structured interview with an Indigo consultant. Following the event your Indigo consultant will prepare an intuitive feedback report for each of the candidates and set up a meeting to talk you through the results and discuss recommendations.
Indigo's Level 3 service is a fully bespoke assessment/development centre design and delivery service. Bespoke assessment processes can be extremely cost effective if you have a large scales assessment campaign. We work with businesses to develop assessment process designed to reflect and communicate the organisation's culture and language.
Our solutions are fully bespoke and designed to reflect the language and culture of your organisation. We develop engaging integrated business simulations that reflect a 'day in the life' of the target role. This is extremely useful in selection, encouraging 'self-selection' by providing candidates with a realistic job preview.
