Setting up an assessment with Indigo couldn't be easier. The first thing we'll do is assign you a consultant who will contact you to set up a briefing meeting. This can be carried out either face to face or on the phone - whatever works best for you. They will work with you to understand what you're trying to achieve, discuss the criteria for success and suggest the best Indigo service level to get the job done. Once this has been defined they'll suggest the most appropriate assessment tools to use and agree with you the best way to proceed.
From this point onwards you can leave it all to us with the confidence that our experienced team of consultants will develop a world class solution. We'll keep you up to date at every stage of the process to ensure you're happy with progress and work within your timeframes.
We want to make sure that the assessment process runs smoothly from beginning to end. Assessments can be carried out at our offices in Central London or a venue of your choice. We can also offer support in sourcing a quality venue drawing on pre-existing arrangements we have with a number of venues across the UK.
Prior to the assessment we will brief the candidate(s) fully to ensure they know what's in store. We'll also manage the completion of psychometrics through our online test portal.
On the day of the assessment candidate(s) will be welcomed by your Indigo consultant who will brief them on the timings of the event and ensure the day runs smoothly. If you want to have someone present from your company that's fine. Your consultant will then assess the candidate(s) using the selected tools and prepare an intuitive report outlining the outcome of the assessment. This will provide information on the candidate's strengths and development areas and make clear recommendations based on criteria for success.
Following the assessment we'll set up a feedback session* to take you through the candidate(s) performance. We'll make clear recommendations that put you in control to make the right assessment decisions. If you want we can also provide feedback to your candidates and support them in development planning**.
