The results of the assessment are presented in an intuitive feedback report which makes clear recommendations in plain English. Following the assessment your Indigo consultant will talk you through the results and explain the recommendations made.
Our level 2 assessment builds on the entry level service by including a realistic analysis exercise. This combined with the psychometric results and a structured interview help to further increase the effectiveness of the assessment. On completion of the assessment a practical feedback report is prepared with clear recommendations. Following the assessment your Indigo consultant will talk you through the results and explain the recommendations made.

Our Executive Assessment service ensures that high profile roles are filled right the first time. The Executive Assessment service uses a range of assessment methods to gain an understanding of an individual to meet the requirements of the role. The candidate completes a range of psychometric questionnaires to understand aptitude, work style and motivation. This is combined with information from a structured interview, an analysis exercise and a further job simulation exercise that fits the brief. The output of the assessments are drawn together in a detailed assessment report giving clear recommendations on the candidates suitability.
